Muslims believe that the first Prophet was the first person to be created, Adam, who was created by God Almighty. Most of the revelations of the 48 Prophets in Judaism and Prophets in Christianity are mentioned in the Quran except for a few differences, for example, Ilyas is called (Elisha) in Judaism, (Job) is Ayyub, Isah and Isa, and so on. The Torah and the writings of Prophet Moses are called the Torah and Islam and the Taurat, (Psalms and the writings of the Prophet David) are called the Psalms, while the book of the prophet Isah is called the Gospel.[1]
The one who is different in Islam is the Prophet Muhammad ibn ʿAbdullah, whom Muslims believe is the "Perfection of the Prophets" (Khatam an-Nabiyyin, that is. The last prophet); and the Quran was revealed to him but he did not write it, [6] Muslims believe that it is the last book and that it is protected by God Almighty, from any change, reduction, addition or intrusion into it, then Prophet Muhammad is the last messenger and prophet.
